Bitcoin produces no cash flow, so the honest answer is that standard valuation does not apply. What exists instead are frameworks — network activity, supply schedule, share of a hypothetical store-of-value market — each of which requires an assumption large enough to produce almost any answer you want.
That is not a criticism unique to digital assets; the same is true of gold. It does mean price is set entirely by what the next buyer will pay, and that should shape how large a position you are willing to hold.
